Gamer’s Can Now Dine In On A McDonald’s Gaming Chair

McDonald’s UK has just unveiled a brand new piece of home gaming kit that will let you leap into action and keep your nugs warm. Behold, the McDonald’s Gaming Chair.

After spotting McDonalds at Gamescom and Pax earlier this year, we weren’t sure what to make of it exactly. Now, the home of the Hamburglar looks set to pull a KFC and go al in on gaming. If you’ve ever wanted to dine in and make headshots, then there’s no need to bring a streaming service or cloud desktop to the table. Instead, one probably lucky person is going to take McDonalds home with a unique McDonald’s Gaming chair.

The new creation was introduced to the internet as part of a promotion by the UK arm of this fast food chain and aside from the yellow and black branding, incorporates a few features that are unsurpassed in previous butt holders we’ve seen. Called the McCrispy Ultimate Gaming Chair, this design comes complete with a burger ‘heat zone’ to keep your McCrispy warm, dedicated Fries and Dip holders . It is also not for public sale. Instead, interested parties will be able to enter to win the chair over on the official Facebook page. Full terms and conditions are available here.

This is hardly the first time a fast food chain ha gone the extra mile on a gaming PR stunt. KFC is notorious for its occasional twitter trolling, chicken cooking gaming PC and an utterly odd finger licking dating game.  If you want to enter, head over to the official Facebook page and please justify the time I spent playing a KFC dating game by reading our review of I Love You Colonel Sanders.

Now, you will find me squawking across a multitude of sites and even getting to play games now and then
