DreamWorld Realities has announced that its indie MMORPG Dreamworld will be entering early access next week. Starting Monday, September 12th, PC players can participate in early access by leveraging a 90-minute free trial. If happy with the gameplay, fans are invited to purchase a copy of the game for $19.99 for a limited time. Shortly after early access launch, the price will go up to $24.99. However, there is no discernable way to purchase the game on the site until launch on September 12th.
The indie sandbox MMO originally began via a successful Kickstarter campaign over a year ago. According to press information, players will inhabit a community-driven sandbox MMO that provides limitless opportunities to explore, interact with, and shape the world around them.
Key features include:
- The ability to sculpt their world and create anything with a massive catalog of objects;
- Owning their own properties, pets, and mounts while exploring the world and encountering mobs, boss fights, and fantastical creatures;
- Rendezvous with friends and socialize using in-game voice chat, text, and emotes;
- Multiple, unique biomes in a massive, procedurally generated world;
- Several character customization options and hundreds of craftable items;
- Regular updates as the development teams add fresh new content.
