Capcom has sent out a pair of brand new trailers for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. The expansion content is due out for consoles in just a couple weeks and for PC sometime in early 2020.
The first trailer showcases another of the behemoths players will encounter in Iceborne. This time, the Glavenus wyvern is shown. This is a “brute wyvern” type monster and its tail is reminiscent of a sword blade. As it hits its opponent, the tail gains glowing heat that intensifies over the course of the battle.
The second trailer shows viewers a look at Seliana, the new base included in Iceborne. Felyne puts on her dancing shoes and toe-taps around the base to preview its many locations and features.
Iceborne is the first expansion to MHW and will come with the usual plethora of new gear including weapons and armor. In addition, the dev team has promised more robust and difficult gameplay for those players looking for additional challenges as well as tons of new content to explore. Capcom has even hinted that Iceborne will feature nearly as much content as the base game.
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 6th and to PC in January 2020.
