Hoa, a pretty platform puzzler from PM Studios, is set to leap onto Playstation and Xbox Platforms.
Announced over on the PlayStation blog last week, PM Studios confirmed that anybody up for an easy on the eye adventure can leap into the world of Hoa when it arrives in just a couple of months. The publisher behind Praey for the Gods is plunging players into a series of meticulously crafted scenes, where you’ll explore the magic of nature and imagination.
As you take control of Hoa, the main protagonist in this new platformer, you’ll return to a magical land full of fairies. As Hoa returns to her homeland for the first time in an age, players you’ll breathe life back into this environment. Waking the land from its long slumber, you’ll make new memories, build friendships, and uncover all the mysteries that this new world has to offer.
It’s obvious that this new title from Skrollcat Studio stands out with beautiful backdrops and cleverly crafted puzzles, but there’s more to Hoa than simply looking great. The team behind Hoa promise a stunning musical soundtrack to match the on screen visuals. Owners of the PlayStation version will also get some extra add ons, specifically built for the Sony DualSense controller.
- Hoa can fly for a limited time, which you activate with a press of R2. Thanks to the adaptive triggers, as Hoa gets closer to her flight energy being depleted, the trigger will be harder to pull.
- The DualSense wireless controller’s haptic feedback will mimic actions and events over the course of the game.
- You’ll hear the grass and trees rustling via the DualSense controller’s speaker.
These new console copies join the already announced Nintendo Switch Hoa releases, and eager adventurers can pickup physical Launch Editions of Hoa as pre-orders via various retailers in North America.
